REQUIREMENTS
Specifically looking for background in life sciences for ANDA litigation cases. Must have experience with all aspects of patent litigation including managing written discovery, brief writing, deposition taking and/or preparation, etc. Must have experience taking depositions. This qualified individual must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong legal research, writing and analytical skills. Must be self-motivated and flexible. Prior experience at a regional or national law firm is preferred. Must be admitted in New York.
