REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate has prior experience practicing as a patent agent, and holds a Ph.D. in immunology or other biochemical discipline (an M.S. with appropriate industry experience may be considered), and must demonstrate mastery in biochemistry, including proficiency with antibody technology, cell therapies, vaccines and other biologics-based therapeutics. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, along with strong writing skills, and analytic ability. Registration with USPTO is strongly preferred, however technical specialists with appropriate drafting and legal experience and ability to sit for the patent bar may be considered.
