REQUIREMENTS
• Prior patent prosecution experience focused on chemical sciences;
• PhD., M.S. or B.S. in agrichemical sciences, organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry or a related field;
• Experience in laboratory or corporate research; and
• USPTO registration.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated the following attributes:
• Ability to interview inventors and ascertain technical details to be patented;
• Review patent applications and complex terminology;
• Analyze data to advise or recommend solutions;
• Draft patent applications and claims;
• Analyze claim rejections and prepare strategic response and/or amendments; and
• Possess a strong academic record and/or research credentials along with excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
